Q. What do I need to start using it?

A. You need a Prepaid LTE SIM card, a mobile device, and a web browser.
After inserting the SIM into the device on which you will use Prepaid LTE SIM and configuring APN information, the initial screen for this service will appear once you open your browser.*1
On the initial screen, enter the SIM phone number (1) and password (2) printed on the card from which you punched out the SIM card, and then enter your user information*2 to start using the service.

If you will not have a fixed address while in Japan, please enter the address of where you stay the longest.

Q.What will I need to refill my account?

A. If you have the SIM phone number (1) and password (2) printed on your Prepaid LTE SIM card, you can refill your account via your user page.Note that a credit card is required to pay for refills.*2Once you use up the data amount on the SIM card, you have 14 days to visit your user page and refill your account.

    SIM cards other than those from the Prepaid LTE SIM service cannot be refilled.
  • ※2 The following credit cards are accepted:(Some credit cards may not be accepted.)

Q. Are there any restrictions on use?

A. You must activate the service over the Web within 14 days or before the expiration date printed on the card from which you removed the SIM card, whichever comes first. The duration of service depends on the plan you purchased. Please see your plan for more information.

Q.Do you accept returns?

A. Defective products may be exchanged.
Returns other than exchanges for defective products are not allowed.
